Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or request a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange after 30 days.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us via email.
Gift Returns
- Items Marked as Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- Items Not Marked as Gifts: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping Deductions: If a prepaid return label is provided by us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
